If you are asking about the Explorer Background textures they are not supported in Windows 10 [Curse you Microsoft!!]. In Windows 7 and 8 they look like this:

IconPackager10 is in beta right now and available to Object Desktop subscribers. You can subscribe now at https://store.stardock.com/product/ESD-SDS-W011 Once the beta is complete it will be available to everyone though. The easiest way to backup and restore Fences settings is via the snapshot system.
