I turned the world settings down to normal and get more resources now. Not a lot, mostly a farm here and there. But I have seen a lost library close by on the 2 maps that I've played. So it's a big improvement as you have some incentive on where to place a city.

Also, there is a spam when creating a sovereign if you run out of points when choosing the starting options (such as green thumb). You can decrease one of your stats (strength for ex.) and get 3 points back (I think that's how many). You have one point left over so you can put it back in the stat and it will put the stat back to where

I had the same issue on a marble pit.
Is anyone getting lock-ups using Elementerra or any user maps with the betas? Or is it just me? With 1.09v, I stopped getting other crashes and lock-ups but when used Elementerra last night, I had a lock-up. I've had lock-ups using user maps in previous betas also. It happens after autosave according to the debug.err and there are no warning messages in there since it's not a crash.

I've only tried it with padded helmet and other pieces between champions and the sovereign (also had the problem with minor faction's equipment). It will highlight but the stats don't change. Restarting the game fixes the problem.
There is a bug with Elemental's cursor when a zoomer dock is on the left side of the screen (right side of the screen is fine). When the main menu comes up after the loading screen, the cursor goes to the lower left side of the screen and stays there. If I alt out and back in, the cursor is fine. This has been since 1.0. I'm not sure this is the reason as I changed my user name right before I tried out 1.09r (never tried it with the old name so I don't know if it worked or not). I get the message "can't find data file...". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I changed my log-in on Impulse to reflect the new name and that loads fine. I've never had a problem with betas n,o,p or q. Please help before I go through withdrawal! Oh, I can't change my user name back to the old one since it was 2 words
Wearing a minor faction's breastplate and helmet caused a reproducible lockup after every combat. Also, I couldn't equip any other armor after equipping them. When I took the armor off, I couldn't put them on again, and still couldn't put on any of my faction's armor (until I reloaded). When I traded the armor to another champion, it didn't show up in her inventory but when I sold it to the shop it showed up in her inventory in the shop window.
