Hello LightStar, Thank you for the information on your experience with Windows 7 / 8 / 10 re: IP-10. This is good to know. There were no previous installs of IP-5 on this computer. When I preview the package - icon_21 is missing or messed up. Problem solved temporarily by toggling Vista's default icon. I guess I could edit iptheme file, or mess with a substitute good icon. It's been awhile since I explored the many options inside IP. - BbB55 {Vic S.}
Today I installed IP v3.2 on my Vista computer. The included icon packs worked well. I then installed "XPlastic07 - FreeEdition", a featured package. Since I don't run SDC (Stardock Central Services), I found the answer in a batch file that was posted somewhere. I manually opened (regedit) my registry and went to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\ObjectDesktop and added a New "string value" by right-clicking with a name of SDCzip. Then I added a path ... C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock\SDCzip.dll to this key. I get my download links via e-mail, and install the stand-alone programs of St
