I'm using Windowblinds 5.51 with the VistaXP skin. No program is running at the moment when I see that my taskbar is flikkering. Is this normal or not?

The correct answer is no. There isn't any one app that will 100% catch everything every time. There is simply too much crap coming at your machine when it's connected and there is a constant supply of new crap all the time. i have an ATi 9600 pro 256mb and haven't had a problem with it, Nvidia may be a better brand but with that comes price too. I'll stick with ATi I'll stick also with ATI. My onboard chip is ATI. How do you get that little shield icon on the shut down menu button? I assume it pops up a window warning you that windows is going to shut down. Is this a windows feature or a windowblinds feature? Here's a great new feature in WindowBlinds 5.5!! If you don't like the option of having one choice in your animations window....how about six of them??
