Hi TexasKat I don't know if this is what you mean, but I just create a shortcut to the volume control and to my SoundMax Control and put these on my dock. That way, if I want quick access to the volume or I want to alter the listening conditions, such as surround sound or the acoustic environment, then they are just one click away. Yes, very frustrating. I was having the same problem on Windows XP, often several times a day. Finally, I deleted all my docks and stopped using it. But, I missed having all my favourite shortcuts and docklets, so I made a new tabbed dock this week and so far, it hasn't crashed at all. I have the weather docklet running and many other docklets and shortcuts are also available. I don't know what the problem was before, but it appears that deleting the docks you are using now and making

Weather Docklet working for Australia: working for Brisbane, Australia anyway. Haven't tried other cities in Australia. Thanks Stardock, love how the five day forecast appears as tiles that spread out.
