True Mason but with the supposed huge fortunes the 'terrorists' have access to, and the fact that they have been aided and sometimes even funded by the highest levels of particular middle eastern governments and their regimes, it's folly to not wonder why they didn't use those same more-powerful military explosives in the first place. Take the Basque seperatists in Spain. Up until that dark day in Madrid, every single bomb by the Basque group was low-o

You may like the song I downloaded for a laugh. I was a punker way back when. The Forgotten Rebels' Bomb The Boats Feed The Fish. That's a pretty neat looking bike. Just out of curiosity, what's peddling that bike like? Is it easier since you're able to lean back? I assume you can't get as much speed as compared to a regular bike. A guy I see around here once in a blue moon has a bike similar to yours but it has a bit more of a low-rider-chopper look to it. Again neat bike.

There are some anomalies related to this latest 'new terrorist group's' blitz on the London transport system. Of course the most immediate and important factor to assess the incident is the visual aspect. Unfortunately, good clear images of the actual damage are overshadowed by the many images of the victims and their pain. When an explosion occurs the first thing the

This is an out of character thread involving my own personal feelings about something that's kind of bringing me down. This girl I know, she's 33, is dying of liver and kidney failure. The reason is the alcohol she always drank. Beer beer beer etc... No hard booze actually, just beer. A total textbook Jekyl and Hyde drunk too. Sober, she's nice, can carry on conversat

Let me be the voice of truth and reason again. The Taliban, during the short time they were in power, eradicated over 95% of the opium cultivation in Afghanistan. Yes they executed women in stadiums and yes they demanded women to be outside only with a relative or husband, but let it be known they also rid their country of the opium trade. I find one comment particularly naive. That it's their way of life for centuries and that getting rid of the opium

I'm curious as to what controls you would suggest to keep the innocent and wrongfully accused men and women from being executed or castrated? I hear what you're saying and I agree with much of what you say. But as long as there are women and sometimes children who maliciously accuse someone of molestation or rape (for these events have happened in the past and will undoubtably happen again) then you're suggestion will surely lead to men having their ba

Again I have to create a thread to get my point across since a few pussywillows breed and spawn here in certain areas of Ju. Thank the Lord it's contained. In the same way Powell and Rice told the media the US policy towards Iraq was working and that Hussein's WMD programs were 'contained' and had not been able to be a threat to anyone sue to their sanctions which the

Excuse my being out of the inner JU loop, but what did this Myrrander do to get banned? I also agree about being a big enough boy to be able to blacklist yourself rather than having da man acting for you. From what I see, JU is fairly free and open to everything excluding of course things like pedophelia-loving and advocating (seriously) deliberate murder against a particular individual. Anyways, what'd she/he do?

Good Lord how naive. Firm evidence of how you place a sporting quality to war, as if it's recreation or something. Do you know GI's get shot at? Do you know when GI's get shot at they have to hug the earth? That GI's have to carry their supplies which are a minimum of 80 pounds and can be as much as 120 pounds? You've been getting the wrong impressions about war and I think you see it as a game. Where the fat GI just sits there and when he's attacked

Rove and no proof. It's so silly bordering on lunacy. We all know politicians do dirty deeds and this Rove is no different. You can't possibly be saying he's never done anything wrong ever. And Wilson himself. I kind of think your ignorance got the better of you. What a joke. Sentence 1. Don't judge Rove with no evidence (it's actually public knowledge now so someone who commented is on crack). Sentence 2. Ahhh Wilson himself did it....Speaking about proof with no proof to back it up? Followup p

I might not have gotten the 'jist' of what you're saying but from what I see you're a very gung-ho-about-the-flag kind of individual. That you place a kind of immortal sanctity over something made by the hands of men (mankind for the sensitive). I think it's kind of moot when you think about the events that lead to the stars being added to the flag. Historical nostalgia takes precedent in any and all books one reads in the education system. In all fai

It's really unfortunate people can be so ridiculous and deliberately blind. Of course the serious crime of outing a CIA agent is on the backburner. A sane American would demand to know how this all came to pass, for we all know this action is treason and should be condemned. But no. Instead we have people insulting people, making fun of people, taking political sides, and again the result is: What Democracy Really Means Like I've always

"evidence thrown out simply because you didn't recite a little limerick that KIDS KNOW BY HEART." The problem I see with that is the simple fact that if it's just a silly little limerick that kids know by heart, what's an officer of the law's excuse for not reciting the so-called 'little limerick' when it's the one thing, the ONE SIMPLE thing, that an arresting cop has to recite. If it's kids words, why can't the cop just play along? When you get u

Here's the bottom line when it comes to creating different forms of justice for each individual felon: The law would be far too open in terms of interpretation and even individual lifestyles. For example, who is to say which crime is too horrendous and which is simply overly dosgusting? You know who? A Judge. I read about that US judge who likes thinking about banging little children. A scary thought thinking of his personal interpretation i

Ah so the reality comes to the forefront. But really, do you seriously think some people shouldn't be allowed the same rights as everyone else? That officially not everyone deserves the best defence? The current legal system, and the same kind of system we're trying to export to Iraq at present, makes every allowance for the authorities to do their jobs. If it comes down to a life hung in the balance, regulations dictate the course. To do what you're

You know modman, there's a good time for flaming and anger, and there's a time for serious discussion. You have obviously reduced yourself to the mindless flaming. So be it. But you're on the wrong path my friend, and you can either get busy living, or get busy fucking off. Your choice. The fuck off lane is more travelled, but it's also the least enlightened. Choose your path wisely. So, about the state of education....

Now this is a disturbing if not obvious fact. To say there's nothing wrong with the US education system is an understatement. And you all have to live there when they're all grown up. Does anyone here think that maybe, just maybe, over 300 billion dollars being spent in Iraq could ahve helped the sorely lacking US education system. Seriously, is it not pure folly? Whe

Again my allegiance is with truth, not a political party. Excuse me sir, but if your dad was surrounded by lots of people who hate him, would you like it if your dad's immediate boss invited the surrounding people who hate him to attack? To bring it on? Your deflection is better than most I've seen but still isn't correct. What does the first GulfWar have to do with Bush inviting enemies to attack his surrounded men? Thanks Modman but in all honesty, what does stating things the US has done and is doing right now in Iraq have to do with anyone being 'anti-American' or 'anti-Bush' and the like? I have no party affiliations. I have no thoughts of being a leftist or whatever everyone here seems to be so hung up on. I do not and never have thought in partisan ways because it's my belief that the focus on 'ligerals' and 'conservatives' and all that do nothing but create a gridlock, a political gridlock which ensu

http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/Bring_em_on.html "Anybody who wants to harm American troops will be found and brought to justice," Bush said. "There are some that feel like if they attack us that we may decide to leave prematurely. They don't understand what they are talking about if that is the case. Let me finish. There are some who feel like the conditions are such that they can attack us there. My answer is, bring 'em on". As usual

When someone takes a public position on any particular issue, they should be prepared to extend that position, that righteous indignation position, to other events which are taking place on the exact same road. There is no bullshite fence-walking when one takes a public position. Which is why some people can be far too selective in their quest for knowledge.
