Is there anyway to make running tasks flash when updated? ie chat windows

Hello, I'm trying to get ObjectDock to replace my windows taskbar, and If I have any chat windows in the background, objectdock doesn't blink or glow or anything to let me know that they is activity like Taskbar does. Anyway to fix this? Thanks.
