I'm using a paid one. What ever the latest version is. I just downloaded it a few days ago. Again, it happens when I switch directly from 1 DX desktop to another. I could take a screen if you wish, but it just says the name of the desktop it's loading and forces you to click "o.k." at the bottom. I say "forces", because there are no cancel options. Just "O.K." Thanks in advance <img src="http://images.stardock.com/

Hmmm, I have XP Service Pak 2 and the latest version of WB. It works fine for me. I haven't tried skinning anything though.
Oh, great! Another cool product I have to learn about! Heh, heh!
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to get that dumb splash screen,(that says xxxx-desktop with the "o.k." button on the bottom), to quit popping up when loading a new DX Desktop? I figured out how to get it to stop asking me to "Save", but I can't figure out the splash screen. It seems kind of pointless. I know it's loading the desktop, I applied it. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Ew.gif" border=0 ALIGN
"And as for the question about the email from tech support... no, I have sent a total of 3 emails thinking I messed up and didnt send it and none of the 3 has even gotten me an auto-response about recieveing my emails." While I understand your frustration, I sent an e-mail to them that was related to sales. I was not happy with the lack of response, but when I recieved it, it came with an honest apology. I have since purchased OD.
I hope for his sake that some hacker doesn't hear about this and decide to be smart. I think this guy would have to be hospitalized if that ever happened.
CoreyJames, What's your son's name? I'l tell Miriam that he was worried. She'll love it even if she doesn't exactly get it. His name is Jesse Ryan. He'll be glad to know you told her.
Well, it's a good thing that he was "Computer Literate"! Imagine what would have happened otherwise. Good grief, what a moron.
I thought I'd add Windows Live One. I've been Beta testing it and it works good. It's free during Beta......unknown how much after. The nice thing is it makes back-ups. You can use the back-ups even if you quit using the Windows Live One program. You can back-up your entire hdd if you wish Link
Is it PC madness? Yes, they've clearly been spending too much time looking at their computers Oh, did you mean politically correct? <img src="http://images3.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" border=0 AL

Good program! I run Avast 4 Home myself and, have also noticed the long scanning time. I download and ran the program you posted the link to. Seems to work good but I haven't run Avast yet.
Yes I do! I love cats, even though I can't have one anymore. Why? Because they aren't dogs. CATS RULE>>>>>>DOGS DROOL! Why are cats so intelligent?
Fish heads, fish heads Rolly Polly fish heads Fish heads, fish heads Eat them up, YUMMMM! I just turned my kids on to Dr. Demento. Now it's all I hear day after day.
I've noticed that there are a lot of really great links that people know about. It got me thinking, maybe a thread could expose some of the "best of the best" as seen by these forum members! So, assuming it's allowed. And with the hope that it's not "spammed". I'd like to see what you think are the best links and/or freeware programs that you know of and why. Please, no porn. I'd really like to see what people REALLY like an
Cat Woman! Do you really want to know why?
Practice safe GUI! Use a new skin each and every time! BTW, Black T's would be nice IMHO>

Delete whatever you have downloaded and re-download it. This usually happens when the file is corrupt. If it still doesn't work, try to use a different link to download with. Try that and see if it works then post back.
O.k., Thanks for helping me save face with my beautiful wife. Next time I'm going to try out things BEFORE I show her! Heh,heh.
My family's prayers are with you as well. My little boy seen the picture of your girl and he is very worried about her. He can see now how careful one has to be. She looks like she has amazing strength considering what happened. Good luck.
What a heel! Does he think he has a "leg up" on the rest of us? ummmmm...... It's time we put our foot down with these armless drivers! <img src="http://images3.s
THANK YOU! Is there a way to import this into WindowBlinds or is this the only way to do it?
So I was trying to show my wife how easy it is to revert back to the original skins. I called her over, proud of how "smart" I was, and proceeded to make a complete fool of myself. I can't get it back to XP! When I unload Windowblinds, it goes to a Win 95 type of skin! How do I fix this and my tarnished reputation? (My wife thinks this is funny) <img src="http://images3.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Gasp.gif" border=0 ALIGN="a
