help windowblinds not working properly and i miss it!! in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

I never use to have this problem until i did a system restore on my computer. My problem is that i apply a skin with windowblinds when im logged on but when i log in again it dissappears and leaves a bage colured skin behind, please help thanks in advance
