Windowblinds Problem!! in Community WinCustomize Forums

I recently downloaded and installed the WindowBlinds 5.1. No problems installing it but when I go to select a skin to apply to my computer it takes a long time to load and when it comes back to the desktop it has the windows classic skin instead of the one that I had tried to apply. It also doesn't show the icon on my tool bar when I load it or anything. Please and thank you here is my System Information.... WindowBlinds 5.1 Syste
