Default pages in Tiles Stardock Forums

I just purchased the software yesterday and was learning how to use tiles. I ended up deleting all of the 'pages' that were in there by default. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but cannot get any of the default pages back. Is there a way to restore them?

Is there a manual to learn to play? I looked in the steam folder and did not find a PDF manual. Is there one somewhere to get me started?
