Hi Irving (and Leo), I had similar problems and this is what worked for me: - Open WB configuration window - Click the System info tab (top row, same as "look & feel") - At the bottom right you'll see a box that says "Enable if you have corrupted titlebar buttons or text backgrounds" Hope it helps!

sir bichur, just tried opera (encouraged by you all). i did end up with the login issue (i was trying to use my account data, and next thing you knew i was not logged in - even though i remembered just loging in & saving my account info). i went on trying to relog in, to no avail. finally, i selected to accept "direct" (not 3rd party) cookies and to be able to store loging info in cookies... worked for me, hope that helps.

i wanted to thank both mike and lantec for these replies. i tried both options but neither worked. i "per application"ed every single file i saw linked to lexmark & the poolsrv.exe to no avail... :/ will try re-installing the whole wb5beta from scratch (did a complete uninstall of wb all together this time) and will keep you posted if it works.

have you tried checking the box "enable if you have corrupted titlebar buttons & text backgrounds" in the troubleshooting tab of wb5 beta? hope that helps, it helped me.
