The "Only group when Ctrl is held down" option solved unintended grouping beautifully for me. But I can understand how it might lead to forgetting to use Groupy. Your timed delay idea would be another great option—as long as they make it optional. Being able to choose from 0 to 3 seconds delay would be the ultimate.

Hello. New OD subscriber here. Only using Groupy at the moment. A few questions before installing/trying DeskScapes 10 beta. All I want to do for now is: Add two wallpapers I already have downloaded (one suited for daytime and one for night). Alternate between the two wallpapers on a set schedule. Can DeskScapes handle these simple requirements? I know it has a lot of fancy features and a library of wallpapers, but I want to ease my way int
Hello. I was an Object Desktop subscriber and Windows customization fan back in the Windows 7/XP days. I've been away from Stardock products for a decade, but just purchased a new Object Desktop subscription a couple days ago. What caused me to drift away from using Stardock products: IT career got busy and took up most of my spare time. I've always been excited by/focused on new technologies, which for me included new Windows 10 releases, Ins
SoundPackager sounds [e digicons]B)[/e] like a nice idea so I installed it today via Impulse, downloaded Zen sound package but and get an unhandled exception each time I try to apply it or any other sound package. Ticket with debug file has been submitted to Stardock support: SoundPackager Unhandled Exception SoundPackager has generated an error that the application did not handle. Please report this error to Stardock
you should get Open Office, I have both, but still only use the open office... it gets skinned lol....
Yep, I have Open Office 3 and it skins just fine.
It's quite amazing, in a negative sense, that this issue was reported in 2005 and I'm still having the same issue in 2009 with the latest WindowBlinds (6.4). I had to change the desktop color by going to "Change skin colours" > "Edit Colours", select "Show me the skin defined system colours" from the dropdown list, find "Desktop Background" and change the desktop color from there. Is there still no option in WindowBlinds to override or ignore the skin's Desktop Ba
Open the skin in SkinStudio, go to Misc > Colors and on the right you can change Background - Window (or Background - MDI, whichever it is) and then apply the skin.
Hello, is this tip up to date? In SkinStudio 6.4 (on XP Pro SP3) I don't see any "Misc" or "Miscellaneous". I had to change the desktop color by going to "Change skin colours" > "Edit Colours", select "Show me the skin defined system col

da_zman, your title bars are skinned? I'd be quite happy with that. My Office 2007 title bars (Outlook Word, etc.) are totally unaffected by WB skins. And none of the Office apps have any per-application exceptions... Same thing for Chrome for that matter, but I didn't expect Google Chrome to skin.
Thanks! I'll wait and see how it goes after the 5th.
Using several different skins with WB 6.3 build 69, I notice that MS Office 2007 is not affected no matter what skin is used. Any tips for getting skins to work with Office 2007? BTW, I tried a forum search using the term 'Office 2007' (without quotes) and it returns 0 results. That's strange considering I also searched on 'Office' and saw one post containing 'Office 2007's' (possessive noun) which
Under My Account on Images tab I can't upload an avatar or any file because the upload buttons don't repond when I click them. I initially saw cookies being blocked, but I've since set IE7 to trust and allow all cookies on stardock.com and stardock.net. I'm also using IE7 Pro, but his blocking functions are all turned off. Any ideas? [e digicons]:S[/e]
