Welcome to my hell, Ock. These people are my fucking peers, and I don't know how most of them figure out how to feed themselves. ~Zoo
Good luck with the exams
Thanks, Doc. :)
And tell us more about that "culture diversity" course when you get into it. Sounds interesting (or extremely boring).
Sure. It could be pretty good. I had an anthropology class my freshman year....peoples of the world. If it's along the same lines, then it won't be hellishly boring. (I hope) ~Zoo
SHE seems to have it out for you. :P I can always add a comment to the pile to avoid tragedy, though. :D Most of the time I only get a handful, myself. At least people are reading, and it's not a bunch of random jackasses. I'm familiar with each and every jackass. :D ~Zoo
Good luck with it all, mate.
Thanks, mate. [e digicons][/e]
I wish you luck and a Merry Christmas
Thanks. :) I'm stuck in a Not-so Merry Examas right now. :P Merry Christmas to you as well. Now, I'm off to sleep...can't wait to wake up and study some more. It's so much fun. [e digicons]x_x[/e] ~Zoo
Luckily there's an ad for an armor vest next to this article. :D ~Zoo
Hmm, guns, eh? I don't really mind if people have'em...wish they wouldn't be so damned stupid with'em, though. Personally, I've never fired a gun...never had the opportunity. Not a fan of such things, really. They're not very sporting. I do have several blades and blunt objects to beat the hell out of home invaders...so a gun isn't necessary if I sneak through pitch black shadows and pounce upon an intruder, violently snapping their neck with my bare h
He does not lack much and plans to graduate in May
Lucky him, I gotta wait 'til May '10 until I can get that very expensive piece of paper. :P
Anyway...hang in there Zoo! I is a proud of ya!
I'm hanging in...always do. Thanks, man. :)
You're almost there! I finished up Emerging infectious diseases yesterday and all that stands between me and my masters is thesis defense on January 16th.
Hey, haven't s
Yep, that's right. It's time for finals. :D I realize a lot of people are already done with them...but my school apparently likes to take its sweet time before letting us out for winter break. Anywho, today kicks off the first day of studying for these stupid things. Tomorrow I have Spanish (not bad) and physics (pain in the ass). Tuesday I have geology (easy) at 7:30AM. :( Then Wednesday I have physiology(Jesus that class is hard, not so much the materia

Damn, man. Sorry to hear that. My thoughts are with ya, Mason. ~Zoo

No comments? :( Guess I wasn't that funny this time. [e digicons]:S[/e] Or got knocked down due to that little spam outbreak earlier today. ~Zoo
Y'know, I really need to write something...though my time is a bit constrained. I have finals next week (well, I have a lab final tomorrow) and I've been writing papers and studying books and doing this thing called 'learning' quite a bit these last few weeks. Gettin' pretty annoying, I tell ya. Hopefully when all's said and done I can get back to actually being creative and stuff...maybe next semester will be more kind with the homework load. :D Anywho, here's some mo
A tramp stamp?
Never heard of it? It's been around for awhile. :) ~Zoo
(smiles broadly at HE and winks) bombs away!
I take it you just got shat. :P Seems a lot of people around me are having tattoos poppin' up various parts of themselves. Not sure if I'd ever get one, myself...
This past summer, actually. I think I only knocked out 6 or so books...usually I can mow through a couple dozen during my summer break...wasn't up to snuff this year. Wish I remembered some of the titles, though...I think one was called, "By the Light of the Moon"...Koontz book, I believe. When I read for pleasure, I can finish a novel in around 2-3 days if I get sucked into the plot and have enough free time. I love reading a good story. :D ~Zoo
My biggest problem I think with this program is it is so SELF centered.
Funny for a program that's so self centered to shift the blame from the self to something else. I'm a big advocate of taking responsibility for one's own actions....this just seems to downplay it as: "Well, what can ya do? It's not your fault." To me that reeks of bullshit. As Roy said, "the only person who can really save your soul when you get down to the nitty-gritty
Wait? 'Higher power?" So the 12 step program is just some kind of prayer group? Uh huh. Addiction doesn't quite work like that...maybe psychological addiction...but prayer ain't gonna help your body recover from physical addiction...that takes willpower and desire and a lot of withdraw symptoms to conquer. ~Zoo
I think they actually banned it in Ohio.
Hah! Actually I think someone was trying to give away some of those damned things awhile back. ~Zoo
Wow, nice. Especially since everything around here is brown and grey at this time of year. :P Looks like those lorikeets are fans as well. :D Your cat looks like one that I used to have. :) ~Zoo
These are fucking hilarious. :D I can't help but assume they're based on actual conversations...and that makes it all the better. :) ~Zoo
