By the way, maybe we should redo the law and start citizenship at conception. :P ~Zoo
It may seem silly Zoo, but as ParaTed put it why is Obama going thru such lengths to keep it a secret? Why is a birth certificate such a private thing? I cna be refused a job if I refuse to show my birth certificate when asked even if they don't need it. Do you really think this is a silly pursuit when the idea that if in the end he was not elegible could be disastrous four our country?
He's shown a birth certificate. I'm not sure how many birth certificates people
It was looking like I had no idea what the hell I was doing but I still got lucky and somehow came out doing it right. Which is exactly the report every teacher I ever had gave to my parents.
As long as you end up in the right place, doesn't matter what path you take. :D
Has any of your friends asked you to make some crystal meth to sell?
Heh, heh. Luckily, no...though I'm sure if I set my mind to it I could probably pull it off.
Another truism about human nature is that people will tend to do what is in their own best interest.
Isn't that part of economic theory? ~Zoo
Still? Don't people have anything better to do? ~Zoo
at least we have the crazy late night talks in the dark
Is that what they call it these days? ~Zoo
Do you really want to claim that I am homophobic and not a stickler for semantics? Is that a road you want to go down?
Heh, heh. I'm just being a tad facetious. :D ~Zoo
Know it all.
4 years of chemistry...some of it rubs off on you. And sometimes it burns. [e digicons];P[/e]
Snoil = Tin Foil
Heh, heh. :) Actually there's a thing called SnOil that has nothing to do with tin. Check it out. ~Zoo
Yeah, those jobs are usually filled by civilians.
...but they still get cool hats and stuff, right? ~Zoo
Sn is the chemical symbol for tin by the way. :P ~Zoo
Well, no worries Zoo. I am sure you will be more beneficial to our species as Zoo-ologist anyway.
Well, I could be a military strategist. I can solve problems and stuff...but I'd rather not play chess with people's lives unless I really, really have to. ~Zoo
Are we still arguing over words like marriage? It's great that people aren't homophobic, just sticklers for semantics. ;) ~Zoo
I’m sure everyone has seen the commercial for the Snuggie. It’s a blanket with sleeves. For the people who hasn’t seen the commercial, yes I’m being serious, a blanket with sleeves. They have reportedly sold over 4 million of them.
By the way, this thing is scary...I never had so much trouble with a blanket that I needed to put sleeves in one. ~Zoo
Was gonna post the video, but you figured it out. :P ~Zoo
They made us take the ASVAB in school...scored high as hell on it and recruiters kept calling me. I believe I got a call from every branch of the armed forces. Never had any interest in the military, though. I'd be disqualified anyway. I'm not so little around the middle. :P ~Zoo
We sure aren't out of the woods yet. What bothers me the most is that no one in the media wants to call a spade a spade and tell it like it is; The beginning of a depression!
Well that's just depressing. :( ~Zoo
That sounds incredibly...satisfying. :D Good on you, Roy. [e digicons][/e] ~Zoo
Sleeping pills make you sleepy? Well I'll be damned. [e digicons]:\[/e] ~Zoo
If hungry stop at Joe T. Garcia’s for some of the best Mexican food on the planet.
Probably the best way to end any day. Comida de mexicana es buena. [e digicons][/e]
You will have to show race pictures.
He could...but they'd all be a blur. ;) Have fun with the race...well, as much fun as you can running yo' ass off. :D ~Zoo
Having said that though, do you think you, as a young college student with no children should decide what my kids do and don't get as far as sex ed? Do you think it is better left up to the local community (school board and parents)? How do you feel about parents removing their children from classes they feel are immoral, or go against their family values?
Hmm...should I decide? Well, I'd certainly like to have that kind of power...but it's not my call. I ha
As long as one possesses common sense and rational thought...I don't give a damn what they do or don't believe in. Though to answer the title; No, atheism requires no faith. It is fundamentally the absence of faith. They may have confidence and trust...but the concept of 'faith' carries too much religious baggage. ~Zoo
but never tried puttin' a rubber on a banana though....
It's how you control fruit flies. ~Zoo
Did you have a lot of ear infections growing up?
Oh, I've certainly had my fair share...seemed like an average of once a year I got one of those damn things. Haven't had one in ages now, thankfully. Adults don't often get inner ear infections because the eustachian tubes connecting the ears and throat are more developed and less susceptible to harboring the bacteria or viruses that cause those infections. :D Yeah, I suppose the linkage does seem v
You're assuming they're old enough to read.
*shudder* Voice recordings perhaps? "Roll rubber thing over dong!" ~Zoo
