actually i had groupy disabled...issue remains. (rebooted as well)

Hello, When I hit the Microsoft arrow key (to resize windows on a screen)... I have to disable groupy to get for example the windows to balance. So for example I use the Windows key + right arrow key and it will anchor the window the the right and ask what other window...well with groupy enabled the two windows won't balance like they used to. ( moving the middle frame between windows to auto-resize both) Is there a setting or something where I can keep that enabled
