CPKing

A long while back, I purchased an HP laptop that came loaded with Fences and software that included basic themes (I think it was called something like MyColors). Anyway, I thought I had had to register both pieces of software with Stardock. In the meantime, I also purchased subscriptions for that and other computers. Fast forward several years, I am interested in using Fences; the HP laptop it originally came on is long gone. But do I not still have a license to use the software? I don'

I've installed WB 10 on Windows 10. Since doing so, after applying a skin (doesn't matter which one), my screen jumps constantly. Literally in a pulsing fashion. I've looked for conflicts with other programs and after unloading everything else, it still happens.... Anyone else?

Same issue here - desktop wall paper "jumps" up and down as well.

Does anyone know how/if you can show desktop wallpaper AND use Windows FX? I've looked in the menus, but can't find anything. CPKing
