[IP]No Install on Vista Ultimate

After I managed to install IP RC2 and Business RTM, I miserably fail on Ultimate (both German) :

Are you running as admin?  Is UAC on or off and did SDC ask for UAC when it started?

Admin with UAC off. Is that the problem ?
ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.

UAC on, asks when SDC is started, no avail. Could install DX Pro and WB though.

I updated SDC to the latest beta and IP installed.

I can't install it either under Vista Ultimate

I refreshed the xml-data,changed servers, updated SDC. Still nothing I get the same error as above.
