I think the answer is : no. Look in other threads that spoke about demo.

The demo won't be released until a few weeks after the game is in stores.

thats funny you make a demo after released day...you shut make trailer and demo a shorttime before relese ...look like lukas arts the make there buissnes...everything tarilers and demo just a month before the game can be buyed to make shure that the players allready dependet on the game..muhahaha realy dark money maker souls the boys over there ..i like that

Well you gotta figure it works out either way. Those that aren't interested in the game now (to the point of having preordered it) probably won't even notice the demo, so after a few weeks of the game having been out and reviewed, they then release a demo so all the skeptics can see if it's worth their money.

a demo wont have all the fancy features that make the game great so people might be put off by it
