Based on the recycle icon, I would guess it's avedesk: http://www.avedesk.org/

IconX from Stardock can also create larger icons (as well as color and animation). https://www.stardock.com/products/iconx/

IconPackager can color, resize, and totally change icons too. https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/Media/index.asp

I thought about saying that . . . but that's a step beyond getting large icons (per the request) and more about making large icons. There doesn't seem to be a lot of activity in the DX Zoomer world. But I could be looking in the wrong library.

As usual, you're right Zubaz.......... just thought DX deserved a mention, even if it is overkill for large icons only.

I *REALLY* need to send that to my wife!

And if I were right more often I'd be a Super Wizop like yourself. I just walk in the footsteps of those that have gone before. {and after lurking for five years and creating two barley useable widgets . . . I really should give back, ya dig?}
