As the community grows up and every day are more new users and visitors, is easy to reach 1.000 downloads in a couple of days!!

My suggestion, is to increase the downloads # to 10.000 or 100.000 to give back the merit for having this Award to the new skinners!

The number of downloads doesn't really matter. Someone may spend weeks on a fantastic WB skin, in that time someone could upload hundreds of crappy bootskins, out downloading the WB skin by tens of thousands. But which has the most merit?

Hehe, look at those that upload 10-20 screenshots every week.  Every view is recorded as a download.
