IP asking to register after format&reinstall

After complete re-install of XP and OD I tried to install IP again as well. I downloaded & installed all the packages but IP seems to be the only one asking for registration info. I have OD subscription and it newer asked any registration info for any produtcs besides OD itself before so it must be some small glitch somewhere.

Have you downloaded IP through SDC?

You have to install using Stardock Central and enter your registration code into it.

Well I have OD subscription so naturally I have donloaded it usind SDC. The same way I have downloaded WB, CC, DesktopX etc. whatever is in OD. Any other OD component didn't ask for registration info, becuase I have put my serial into SDC settings.

And I have newer been asked for the serial during my 4th, 5th or 6th? year of subscription.

But ok, it accepts my OD serial and email so it's fine now.

I'm having the same problem. I also downloaded through SDC, entered my email and serial OD code that I registered OD with, but I get an error message each time I try and install IP, stating that my code is invalid.

This is the error data sent to me when I receive the registration invalid message.

go here and enter an email and see if you get the same OD serial back

I believe there is a file in the IconPackager directory called Activate.lng. (at least, I think thats the name... away from my home computer right now so I cant be sure) If you delete this file, then reinstall, it might fix your problem. Can anyone back me up on this?

iBenshi: Glad to hear everything's working!

phoenixtb: I've just sent you an email which should help you get set up.

If anyone else is having problems, just send an email to 'activate at stardock.com' (replace "at" with "@") and put "Activation trouble" in the subject line.
If you do not send this email using the email address associated with your account, be sure to let us know the email address associated with your account.

Thank you!
