Can't move docklets

I've been running Object Dock Plus (Registered) for quite some time now without any major problems. However I decided to rearrange some of the icons today and I can't get them to move! When I click and try to drag the icon, it just flashes grey once and then doesn't have focus any more. It never moves even 1 pixel. I can't even drag the icons to the desktop to delete them. And yes, I was dragging to the DESKTOP, I didn't have a program window in the way. I'm running version 1.20.520u Any ideas?

Right click dock > uncheck "Lock Dragging".

You know, I knew about that option but for the life of me I couldn't find it. I thought it was in the ObjectDock Properties. Thanks!
