How can I remove de icon in the system tray??

How can I remove de icon in the system tray from the obtejctdock plus program??

If you mean the program icon.... you can't. If you're talking about an icon for a tabbed dock..... right click tabbed dock > Dock Settings > Positioning > check "Don't show in tray or taskbar".
