Media Files Don't Change

I use iconpackager v3. Whenever I apply a package certain files such as mp3s and video files don't change. Funny thing is that in the program itself, underneath files iconpackager has already changed it but when i apply the icon doesnt change. The only way to change it would be to manually right click on the file, enter properties and change the icon. Any ideas on how I could make iconpackager change those files automatically. All the other files and folders change automatically just those certain ones. Any help would be highly appreciated.
