Look at this Pictures

Hi everyone. I have a problem which is about scrollbars being modified.

I am using the Window Blinds 4 purchased version. And I installed the theme called iSkin.

I came across with different types of scrollbars when I open different programs.

In the Internet Explorer it works fine:

In the Microsoft Word, It has modified the side scrollbars abnormally:

My main question about the window Blind is about the scrollbars that I use in a music notation program called finale. There is no change at the scrollbars when I launch this program:

I need urgent help please.

Thanks in advance.

The second is due to the Vertical Scrollbar margins not being set correctly so the image is stetching from the wrong place. You can adjust this in SkinStudio.

The third is due to some programs having elements of their UI hard coded, and those cannot be skinned.

Picture 1 is normal.
Picture 2 is a scrollbar with a margin adjustment problem. That needs to be corrected by the author.
Picture 3, the program is not skinning the scrollbars. It is painting the classic scrollbars.

Has it always done this? Is it just the skin you are using?

How can I edit with SkinStudio

If you have SkinStudio, open the current skin:

In left pane, scroll down to "Controls"
Expand this section, you'll find "Scrollbars"
Expand this section, you'll find "Horizontal (and Vertical) Scrollbar Thumb"
In the right hand pane (far right) under "Section" tab, you'll find "margins" and "painting options"
Here is where you would be making changes, tiling and stretching might be affecting such a corruption.

However, The skin in which you have made screenshots is "iSkin", and in applying and opening in SKS, I can find no such corruption as shown in #2 above. This may be something between MS Word and WB5 fighting over rights to paint. Neil might have better words for you on this matter, but it is not the skin.

The best advice would be: exclude the applications. If no major corruption is evident, try just skinning the titlebar in the "per application settings" under "Per Application" of the WBConfiguration.

You could add Finale to the Per Application prggy list & set it to do not skin

Thank you guys.

scorpio-logic , your solution is very good but another question about M.Word is that; I did not came acrass with the same problem when I skin M.Word on my Laptop.

(Why is that happenning to me God?)

Haw can I find a little more information about designing with SkinStudio.

Do I have to be a photoshop artist?

What degree of computer do I have to know to design with it, I mean is it that difficult to gain success for somebody like me who knows nothing about designing.

Thank You for your patience and Answers.
