how to load some themes?

I have downloaded some themes from this website,but the theme is not the  file with  postfix  of  ".desktop". For explam:it contains  many files,  such like:XXX.png   XXX.dxscript   XXX.bmp  THEME.INI ...


Please tell  me  how to ues the themes like this?

You also might want to peruse Link as it also has some very useful information. Particularly the part about looking inside prior to renaming an extension from zip. Sometimes a zip is just a zip.
