Zip question

Hello,long time ago when i dowloaded a skin, it used to appear as an .wba extension.But for a long while it gets dowloaded as zip and i have to change the zip extension to wba everytime and the same goes to cursor xp themes.Is there any trick to change this assosiation.I have a program called CamZip and xp prof. Thank you in advance.

Service Pack 2 for XP causes that....assumes renamed zip archives are still zip [a WBA is a renamed ZIP]. right-click and 'save as', then change extension to 'wba' then they'll be saved as such...

Actually, it's Internet Explorer that changes the extensions, after Service Pack 2. Opera, and Firefox don't have this problem.
