Transparency Does Not Work

Hi. I have downloaded the trial version of WB5 and planned to buy the enhanced version, but I seem to be having a problem with the transparency. The problem is that none of the Windows borders seem to be transparent, even in themes where I have clearly seen previews showing non-maximized windows borders to be transparent, such as arrow, and Vista XP. My Taskbar and start menu is translucent, as it should be, but no single windows is. Every window looks like a maximized, opaque window, even when it should have the glass effect. Can someone help me out here. Why am I never getting the glass effect? Thanks in advance.
Plus, I have this when I click on sys info:

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

This is because :
Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha.
(Default Monitor) 1 is attached to MOBILITY RADEON 7500C
