Best Buy and WB
I took it off.

The assumption here is that this person at Best Buy actually is competent to pass judgement.
If Best Buy is anything like the retail stores here in Australia then I think this is a case of the blind leading the blind....and not about Windowblinds at all...
I can say from experience, that the average employee at Best Buy is not defined as a competent PC technician.
You got some bad advice there........
"Make your computer slow" = false
"Messes up the registry" = false
The computer slow could be written off as having some bad information.
The messes up the registry bit, clearly demonstrates this employees lack of knowledge.
I have no words to express my feelings

We love you anyway, Neil....
| I wonder if that was the same employee who told me I could unfreeze my computer by jiggling my mouse while singing the theme from 'Laverne and Shirley'? |
But that works.......
....honest....
One of these 'tards' is the actual programmer of Windowblinds....and it is quite safe to assume his expertise is a wee bit more competent and authoritative than some anonymous shop assistant from Best Buy.
As far as 'help' is concerned....there was no question asked so consequently no direct answer given...
Hint....see #4 ....
