How to change desktop and windows backgrounds colors??

I'm using windowblinds5 and VistaXP skin. I'd like to change the default desktop color and windows background color. How do I do that?

Right click your desktop, go to properties. Click on the Appearance tab. Click on the Advanced button. Click in the window, the areas you wish to change and they will become highlighted in the pull down menus below. As well as the color scheme.
