Uninstall ObjectDock

I have tried and tried, but can't seem to uninstall ObjectDock. I have unchecked "load on startup" and rebooted and uninstalled this app in the add/remove programs, but it won't uninstall. It is not listed anymore in the add/remove programs and it says uninstall was successuful, but it's still installed.
What am I missing? How do I uninstall this?
Thanks

A good way to get rid of deep seated programs, is to install it again....then uninstall.

After the second uninstall, if there are files left over...you could take the surgical route, by booting to safe mode, deleting the program files folder it's installed too, then do a search in the registry for all objectdock file entries, and deleting them. Specifically from the startup folders:

HKEY_Current_User\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
HKEY_Local_Machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

Search the registry for key entries with: Stardock, objectdock, and anything else you can think of. But, please...back up your registry before deleting any entry.

I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling several times. I have have never run into something this stubborn before. NAV was easier to get rid of (a few years ago, when I switched to KAV) than this. I just reinstalled XP home a few weeks ago and really hate to start screwing about with the registry, when everything else is running sooo fine!
ObjectDock is not listed in the "run" folders, because I unchecked "load at startup". At this point, it is not listed in the add/remove programs listing either.
I guess I'll, just put up with it, until the next time I have to reinstall my OS (which I hope isn't real soon). I have a license for a registry cleaner, but did not install it after I reinstalled my OS. Over time, the registry cleaner did more harm than good.
I guess I should be more careful about install trial app, from unknown companies, but CNET recommended it, so I gave it a try.

Is it running? Stop it from running (right-click | Quit)

If:
It's not in the uninstall list.
It isn't set to load at startup.

Why not just delete the offending folder?

Stardock is a known company and OD is a known app for lots of folks. Sorry that it isn't uninstalling for you.

Can I ask why you are unistalling? Did it not do something you wanted it to do or do something you didn't?

I reinstalled it and did a "custom" uninstall, selecting all the files in each screen. That finally uninstalled it, then I deleted several Stardock, Objectdock folders it left behind.

""Can I ask why you are uninstalling? Did it not do something you wanted it to do or do something you didn't?""

It was "cute", but after using it a while, it just became annoying.

Thanks to everyone for the help.

I can't uninstall it at all. Why have they not included an uninstall?

I have v.1.3.
In add/remove programs I click 'remove'... the hour glass comes up for a couple of seconds then disappears but nothing happens.

I'm disappointed it is anything other than simple.

I have:
WinXP Pro SP2, 2gb intel, 1gb ram, 64mb card (Dell Inspiron 8200)

Thanks for any help.

https://www.stardock.com/files/odnt_zapper.exe download and run ...it will get rid of anything related to Stardock.

Thanks for this link, Yrag.  It allowed me to finally uninstall ObjectDock, after a lot of annoying detective work.

Why in the world doesn't ObjectDock have a simple uninstall feature, after 4 years?
