Difficulty multitasking

Just started the beta -- it looks good, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get very far in any games because of a bug. When switching back to GalCiv II from another application, I will often get a dialog box that says simply "Invalid Call." I click OK (the only option), and then GalCiv immedaitely closes. Hopefully this will be fixed by launch -- the way I am, I need to be able to check my email while working on a game. Regardless, the game looks good.

You can play in a fullscreen window.  Just use the GCConfig program.

I haven't had this problem. Is it maybe a graphics card issue? I am up to date on my nvidia drivers and my directx stuff. Maybe check that?

btw, I play full screen. I do not know if you were playing in Windowed mode. I don't even know if it is possible.
I simply use task switching (alt tab).

Hopefully Beta 4D has done much to address this.
