I'd hoped with the release of wb5 this issue would've been resolved but, it seems forgotten.
I use a floating toolbar for single-click app startup, see linked picture (centered at the bottom of my desktop) as well as a pop-out one I call Desktop Drawer at the top of my screen. During startup using wb4x the floating toolbar would skin for a second and then unskin. That either is happenning too quickly now or not at all in wb5. Does someone know what I need to do to get this to skin properly.? I've quadruple-checked every setting in WindowBlinds and just don't see anything I've left unchecked. Maybe there is a registry setting I need to add/change.? [ os:: xp-home sp2]
