Mouse Activation of Individual Tabs

Using ObjectDock Plus 1.2, is there any way to move your mouse over an individual tab and have that tab activated.  This way you would not have to bring up the tabbed dock with the tab selected that you had last used and then have to click on the tab you want.  Thanks a lot.
