DesktopX & Windows Scripting

DesktopX is killing Windows Scripting Host after reboot

Everytime I load DesktopX widgets, it makes changes to Windows Scripting!

This is annoying because it does the following:
Blank Windows Searches (F3)
Blank Windows Update window
JavaScript on the web stops working
Media Player crashes
Norton AV options window doesnt work

I discovered this after many tests and Googling.
Is there a fix for this?  I have the  lastest version on DesktopX.
I'm loading the Silica: Calendar, weather, OMNI analog clock, Silica To-Do, and Silica calculator
I even tried certain widgets, but they all kill Windows Scripting after reboot.

I have to keep installing Windows Scripting Host after reboot.
My wife and kids love the widgets (I'm a Linux user),
but I'm not going to use them if I have to reinstall Windows Scripting Host after every reboot.

When I had Norton, the only issues I had with scripts was Norton considering them all malicious. Once I turned off the script blocking everything was okay for me.
