Need a utility to organize my music files

Does anyone know of a utility that can organize my music collection into a structured system? Windows Media Player orgianize my music well within the player it self. And it does partly what I want. Which is I want my music orginized into folders named after the artist, then then each artist folder would have the subfolders containing the albums. But as I said, it only does this partly.

Is there a utility out there that can extract the info from mp3 and wma files and move them into desired folders?

Wow, old thread! Almost another year has gone by, and I just wanted to contribute to this conversation.

I found this program called FixTunes that not only organized the files, but also automatically changes the ip3 tags searching the internet and renames your files to friendly format. Check it out in this link.
