WB5 and window borders

Not working as they used to

Just upgraded to WB5 (4.95(b).012). Mostly everything seems to work all right, but the 1-pixel borders I had on my skin don't work anymore. Now I have the standard, wider window borders, which I hate The skin I'm using is Milk Redux converted from the MSI style with Skin Studio. I hope this is a bug and not a feature of the new system, as then I will have to downgrade

And BTW, if you're going to fix that, why not also make is possible to make 0-pixel borders, OSX-style... That one pixel annoys the heck out of me (I use WindowFX for drop shadows, and the whole point in drop shadows is to define the edges of borderless windows.. Borders+shadows is just dumb.)

Also the shell window isn't skinned, but I trust that's just temporary.

I don't have the answer to your question, but I've sent it in to the development team. (I've also submitted your 0-pixel border feature request).

Command prompts not skinning is normal for WB5.  This may come back in the future, but not for the 5.0 release.

As for border sizes, WB5 should be just as capable as WB4 was.  If there is a problem with a particular skin, could you please post a link to it so we can look into it.
