Z Order not working properly

On 5imple Alpha (And perhaps another skins)

A few things I noticed


Note: Opaque skins (Without transparency) do not have this problem


If you use CursorXP, the cursor is drawn behind the title bar buttons.
If you use Object Dock, the Always on top setting is not working.
Sometimes getting back from full screen Direct3D mode causes the process to fail specially if paging occurs.

The tray icon does not close if you unload WB from the configuration window.

Thank you for your feedback.  This is actually a known issue that is problematic at Microsoft's end. Since it is unfortunately not 100% reproducable, it's a little harder to track down and fix. Please do know that we are looking for ways to reproduce this issue or even determine the cause so we may contact Microsoft about it.

Bump - I am experiencing the exact same problems running XP-Pro SP2 with an ATI Radeon 1600 series (AGP) video card. It is extremely disturbing.
