What resolution is WC designed in?

Just out of curiosity,in what resolution is WC best viewed at? I'm currently on 1024x768 and some of the panels don't show wholy. Thnx.

It was originally designed at 1024 but I believe as we have added things that it has stretched a bit over that resolution.
