2 errors and random stuff

First off, great work so far, its shaping up to be an incredible game, and other than the balancing the core gameplay is great so far.
Now... It mostly crashes when I try to minimize it in order to change songs in iTunes, it will minimize fine, but when i try and bring it back up i get an error window that says "Invalid Cell". This one happens about 90% of the time i try and minimize it... also the mouse cursor dissappears when I try and autosave, ending the program does not restore the mouse cursor, and I am forced to do a restart.
The impulse drives mounts are backwards, and alot of planetary improvement upgrades are not correctly linked (i.e. Basic Farming to Xeno Farming, and Research Centers to Research Academies.) And espionage seems to be broken, I get to advanced level espionage and have no real information on the race.
So overall the makority of features that have been implemented are great so far
