GNN in front of ship building screen

Beta 4 is pretty stable for me, and prettier then ever
However there aree some minor things i will adress in different posts.

I get the GNN in front of the StarPort when I click "go to planet".
reciepe:
1. when something is finished building, the GNN pops up.
2. Click on "go to planet", the planet screen pops up. (so far so good)
3. click on "build ship", the shipyard pops up, but in front of it is the GNN!

Suggestions:
Make the GNN go away when pressing "go to planet" (will annoy people who depend on the GNN for their empire reports)
Make the GNN pop under the ship building screen.
You could also, if there's only one news, make the GNN go away as soon as you press "go to planet", otherwise (more then one news) pop under the building screen.

It pops up over any screen I go to except the planet screen. Which can be an issue. I personally feel that there should be a button(s) that will bring up the GNN reports and the last Quarterly Report. I remember at one point there were some buttons over on the far left that had nothing attached to them. Could they be put back with the "special" reports attached to them so that after we close them we can get back to them.
