Beta4: minimap issue

I noticed that some areas are still show "fog of war" on minimap (colored in "undescovered" grey) even if you moved ship (in my case ColonyShip) there by default .
But if I enable ship view (ship button above minimap) on Minimap it start show not only ships but "missing" areas too.

And another thing , I am not 100% sure so I am not making separate thread but it seems like minimap positions are off from real positions near the border.
Example: there is a star on left side near the border , I have a ship left and on top of it (even closer to border) but on minimap it shows right and on top of the star .

If I may add another minimap issue -- when clicking on the ownership option, the fog of war disappears and the alien race locations are displayed. Doesn't seem correct if they have not been encountered yet, so I'm guessing it's a bug to be reported. Thanks.
