Bug in game

I don't know if anyone report this before, but when you go to invade a planet and this planet is protected by a ship in orbit, if you click on the planet it will show that you have a ship in orbit, if you double click on the ship and then double click on the planet, the ship will leave orbit allowing you to invade the planet without having to fight the ship, has anyone seen this on their games?

Yup its actually a debugging feature Stardock use. Not sure if its going to stay in beta 4 or not but they'll turn it off before release.
