no WB buttons in Appearance tab of Disp Props

I installed and uninstalled (each time rebooting) wb5 on my system via sdcentral a couple times with no success. I am running WinXP MCE with SP2. the only way for me to access window blinds is to run wb via sdcentral. anything I can do to get this fixed?

ok, just found out that I need to install 4.6 first, then update to 5 and it works fine now - odd.
