Submitting ratings is now monitored..

It has come to our attention(Admins), that submitting a rating has become abused somewhat so the rating system has been updated.


Every user, including admins, are only allowed to submit a rating, on an article or reply to an article, 10 total times within any given 24 hour span.


So if you are feeling generous and feel like giving articles an insightful rating or feeling frisky and trolling as many replies as you can get your hand on, remember one thing, WE ARE WATCHING YOU!!!!! So choose your ratings wisely!

And this is only a temporary solution to this problem.  As soon as we get a little bit more time we will be taking much more drastic measures on curbing the blatent abuse of the rating system. Remember, JoeUser is watching you!

For crying aloud, can we please have a poll whether we want the trolling option to stay or go? I don't mind the Interesting or Insightful options, but trolling is pointless. Furthermore...10 times? Are you kidding me? Once should be the maximum times a person is allowed to rate an article. Just cause you're watching "us", doesn't mean it will stop people from abusing the system. I'm sorry, but I really find the current state of affairs disturbing and quite an annoyance.

It's ten times a day throughout the site.  It is to keep people from ratinging their buddies a good rating on everything to raise their ratings, or to troll somebody that they don't like on every article that they find them on.  It goes both ways.

I'm sorry, but I really find the current state of affairs disturbing and quite an annoyance.
