You can not rate skins unless you're a subscriber to winCustomize, or have an access level of [I think] apprentice or above.

Non-subscribers cannot see the star-rating system that is used for skins etc. The stars, when visible to you are "live links" ...meaning that when you click on the star of your chosen rating [1 thru 5] ...the rating is immediately applied.

I have already managed to make mistakes like accidentally rating a skin more than once & also of clicking a rating level that wasn't what I intended & trying again. The rating feature acts like it registered the rating at those times, but I wasn't sure if anything was happening or not.

What happens? Does the ratings software register the user's first vote only? Or is it set up in a way that lets the user change his/her vote? Or other...?

So " Theoretically " what your saying is...everytime someones rating gets up to say...4 stars..anyone can whack that sucker right back down to 3.5 again ?

My My ...what a surpize....( also..I dont seem to think this actually works for everyone..maybe just the " Moderators " have this ability.
