Right Click changes itself?

Removes my preferances

Yesterday i was using right click all day, it worked fine, then today i went to use and and nothign happened, so i opened it up and all my links/programs/preferances were gone, so i added them all back and now the menu opens horizontal instead of vertical?

what the hell is going on? i dont think it even has an option to open horizontal which leads to the conclusion that its very messed up.

so i want to know 2 things,

1 how do i fix it
2 why did this happen.

im not a n00b, i know how to use my PC and have had rightclick for a while, NO i did not install anything yesterday, NO i didnt make any changes to my pc, YES the program is crapping out all on its own.

Which version of Windows (including service packs) and which version of Right Click are you using? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program to see if it fixes the horizontal menu issue?

How about a screen shot. If you use WindowsFX it can effect the way you menus scroll out. As far as your config, make sure RightClick is still loaded when you turn off or reboot the PC after making any changes.

There needs to be a "SAVE" feature added. It's been on the wish list since the first beta. Hopefully.....some day......

I have a problem in that RC periodically resets the menu. Most commonly, it drops either the Systray or a separator (or both). Occasionally nothing is left in the menu. Usually one or more items remain. I haven't written about it because I haven't seen any correlation with other events or factors. It almost always happens if I turn RC off for some reason, but it happens at other times, too.

My system:
WinXP, SP2, updated
Motherboard; Asus PC133
CPU: Intel 670 MHz
Memory: 512 MB SDRAM
Video: ATI Rage Fury Pro/Xpert 2000 Pro - 32 MB (AGP)

Under General Options, make sure you DO NOT have Smart Menus checked. I also recommend not using the systray. I've had problems with the systray in both Rightclick and Object Dock. I've never used the taskbar in Rightclick.
