Icon packager wont uninstall

could someone help, the evaluation period on my icon packager just ran out, so i decided there was no point keeping it, but it will not uninstall, i have tried looking in the Start menu folder, and in the program folder, where i cannot find an icon. i have also tried add/remove programs, and when i click remove, the screen flickers and nothing happens, anyone know what is going wrong?
