I recently had cause to create a new popup bar that came up from my side bar, and I was concerned about what a pain in the ass it was.
I first just did a new bar (i.e. the old way) and when the bar was on the screen I dragged the file links I was interested in to it. But when I then added a new popup-item, there was no option to link to that newly created bar!
OK, so I deleted that bar, and started working with the new popup-item in the theme editor. But I could not drag & drop files & folders to the bar's item area!. Having to do new file/folder link, and then putting in the address gets old really quickly, this pane MUST support drag and drop. The drag items here is only useful for a top level bar, a sub-bar (popup) can't do that because it does't float out there, it goes away as soon as focus is gone.
